ABOUT OWNER

Hello and welcome!  I am excited to tell you about myself and my company PHD H.V.A.C.

I am originally from Ukraine. I attended one of the best universities in the Ukraine – Polytechnic National University. I earned my PhD in Technical Sciences, and became a professor and lecturer there. This is why I am called the “Professor Of Heating & Air Conditioning”.

During that time, I started “Phaeton HVAC”. For many years, we installed & repaired high quality heating and cooling equipment. After running a successful business in Ukraine, I came to the United States and opened my new company, here, in Chicago! I have been a licensed HVAC contractor, here, for over 10 years. I am happy to be here and to offer my services and expertise.

We've had horrible AC issues for about 2 years. 5 visits and nobody could figure it out. Finally, PhD Heating & Cooling came in and not only fixed it but gave us a thorough explanation of the issue, solution, and promptly addressed any remaining issues after the work was done. He was here in a matter of hours on heatwave days and worked relentlessly until everything was fixed.

Q. Warranty?
We provide 10 years manufacturer warranty for parts and 1 year warranty for labor without maintenance agreement or 10 years warranty for labor with maintenance agreement.
Q. Can you give us a quote?
To provide you a quote we need info about your existing system and your house or apartment. We need info about your issues with the old system. We have to check your old system and ask you a lot of questions. Only after that we can provide you a quote which perfectly fits to your home and your needs. Give us a call and we can do it for you in the right way! Keep in mind: the lowest quote is not likely to get you the highest quality of installation. You have to figure that somewhere along the line, another company is cutting corners to make their prices more competitive.
